Mentorship that changes trajectories
GlobaLink Mentors pairs students in under-resourced schools with trained volunteer mentors, walking alongside them through classroom struggles, career choices and the ordinary hard days — until they can see a future worth reaching for.
Too many bright students never get to test how far their ability can take them — not for lack of talent, but for lack of someone asking "what do you need?" GlobaLink Mentors was founded to close that gap, placing trained mentors directly inside partner schools for structured, long-term relationships rather than one-off visits.
We work with head teachers, guidance counsellors and parents to identify students who would benefit most, then match them with a mentor for a minimum of one full academic year.

Whether you give an hour a week as a mentor or fund a mentee's full year of support, you'll be part of the reason a young person kept going.
